Crew-only hire includes an experienced event bartender in professional attire, a pre-event briefing and service during the confirmed hours. Bar equipment, glassware, ingredients, ice and setup can be added depending on what your venue already provides.

How many bartenders will my event need?

It depends on guest count, the drinks being served and how quickly guests are expected to arrive. A simple beer-and-wine bar needs less crew than a made-to-order cocktail menu. Share your event details and we will recommend a practical team size.

Can you provide the bar, glassware and ingredients too?
