01 · Agreement
Agreement and scope
These terms apply when you use mybartender.sg, ask for an estimate or quotation, book or use a service, rent an item, purchase a party box or place an alcohol-delivery order with us. By confirming a booking, paying an invoice or deposit, accepting delivery, or otherwise asking us to proceed, you agree to the terms relevant to that transaction.
If you make arrangements for a company, venue, client or another person, you confirm that you have authority to act for them and to bind the customer named in the quotation or order. “You” and “customer” refer to that contracting person or organisation.
Event services
Mobile bars, bartenders, butlers, event crew, drinks programmes and related support.
Packages
Curated bar packages, bartender essentials, wedding service and bespoke event experiences.
Rentals & party boxes
Bars, glassware, equipment, beverageware, ingredients, garnishes and prepared kits.
Alcohol delivery
Online product orders, payment, age checks, fulfilment and island-wide delivery in Singapore.
A signed or accepted quotation, order confirmation or written variation takes priority over these general terms for the particular service it describes.
02 · Confirmation
Estimates, quotations and bookings
- Website prices, calculators and initial estimates are indicative unless expressly described as final.
- A formal quotation states the proposed scope, quantities, timing, venue assumptions, price and validity period.
- Sending an enquiry or generating an estimate does not reserve a date, confirm availability or create a booking.
- An event booking is confirmed only after we issue written confirmation and receive the required acceptance and payment.
- Product orders are subject to stock, serviceability, payment approval and our final order confirmation.
Please review every quotation and order confirmation promptly. Tell us if a name, venue, date, time, quantity, menu, product or other detail is incorrect. We are not responsible for an error in information supplied or approved by you, except to the extent required by law.
03 · Payment
Prices, deposits and payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. The quotation, checkout or invoice will identify the applicable price and any GST, delivery, transport, venue, manpower, overtime, setup, collection or other charge that can be reasonably determined at that time.
- Unless the quotation states otherwise, a 50% deposit is required to secure an event booking. A date remains available to others until the booking is confirmed.
- The remaining balance must be paid by the due date shown on the quotation or invoice. Online orders require full payment at checkout unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Additional services, quantities, hours, transport, damage or other approved or chargeable items may be invoiced separately.
- A payment more than seven calendar days overdue may incur a S$50 administrative late fee where this is stated in the quotation or invoice and permitted by law, without limiting our right to recover reasonable collection costs.
We may pause preparation, withhold delivery or collection, or decline to provide a service while an amount is overdue. This does not waive the customer’s payment obligations.
04 · Plans Change
Changes, cancellation and rescheduling
Ask for any change or cancellation in writing as early as possible. It is effective only when we acknowledge it in writing. The cancellation or rescheduling schedule in your accepted quotation applies to your event. If no schedule is stated, we will assess the request reasonably, taking account of notice, work completed, items ordered, committed staff, reserved capacity and costs that cannot be recovered.
- Deposits secure planning capacity and may be non-refundable to the extent stated in the quotation or reasonably required to cover work and commitments already made.
- A new date is subject to availability, revised prices, supplier costs and venue or operational requirements.
- Reducing guest numbers, quantities, duration or scope after confirmation does not automatically reduce the price.
- If we agree to an addition, extension or material change, we may issue a revised quotation or variation for acceptance.
05 · Preparation
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- giving complete and accurate event, venue, access, guest, dietary, service and delivery information;
- obtaining venue, building, security, access, parking, loading, liquor and other permissions not expressly included in our scope;
- providing safe and timely access, suitable working space, lighting, ventilation, power, water and waste facilities where the service reasonably requires them;
- identifying hazards, restrictions and material allergies or dietary requirements early enough for us to assess them; and
- ensuring guests and third parties treat our staff, contractors and property respectfully and safely.
We will take reasonable care with notified dietary requirements, but environments shared with customers, venues and suppliers may contain allergens. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, we cannot promise a completely allergen-free environment.
06 · Hospitality
Staffing and service hours
Staff numbers, roles, reporting times and service hours are based on the agreed scope and information available when quoted. We may substitute a suitably qualified team member or adjust duties when reasonably necessary to deliver the service.
Service beyond the agreed finish time, a delayed venue handover, increased guest count, changed menu or additional operational requirement is subject to staff availability and may incur overtime or other additional charges. Our team may stop or decline unsafe, unlawful, abusive or materially different work.
07 · Responsible Service
Alcohol and responsible service
Alcohol must be purchased, received and consumed lawfully. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old when buying alcohol and that alcohol will not be supplied to anyone under 18.
- We may request valid age identification before accepting an order, at delivery or during service.
- We and our staff may refuse a sale, delivery or service to a minor, a person who cannot provide suitable identification, a visibly intoxicated person, or where supply would be unsafe or unlawful.
- Event hosts remain responsible for guest behaviour, venue rules, lawful consumption and safe onward travel.
- Refusal on safety or legal grounds does not entitle the customer to insist on service. Any refund will depend on the circumstances and costs already incurred, subject to law.
08 · Care
Rentals and equipment
Rented items remain our property or the property of our supplier. You are responsible for their reasonable care from delivery or setup until collection or return, except while they are under our team’s exclusive control.
- Check quantities and visible condition at handover where practicable and report discrepancies promptly.
- Do not move, alter, misuse, sub-rent or allow untrained persons to operate equipment contrary to instructions.
- Keep items secure, protected from weather and ready for collection at the agreed place and time.
- Loss, shortage, avoidable damage, abnormal cleaning or delayed return may be charged at the reasonable repair, replacement, cleaning, collection or loss-of-use cost stated or evidenced.
Ordinary wear from proper use is not chargeable. A security deposit, inventory or separate rental schedule may apply where identified in the quotation.
09 · Prepared For You
Party boxes and consumables
Images and serving suggestions are illustrative. Ingredients, garnish, packaging and presentation may vary reasonably because of seasonality, availability or safe substitution. Material substitutions will be communicated where practicable.
Follow the storage, chilling, preparation and consumption instructions supplied. Perishable or prepared items should be used within the stated period. We are not responsible for deterioration caused by delayed collection, incorrect storage, contamination after handover or use contrary to instructions.
10 · Checkout
Online alcohol orders
Adding an item to the cart does not reserve stock. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order request; the sale is subject to payment approval, stock, delivery serviceability, age requirements and final confirmation.
We may correct an obvious pricing, description or stock error before fulfilment. If an affected order cannot be fulfilled on the confirmed basis, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction, substitute, cancellation or refund. We will not replace an item with a materially different product without your agreement.
Review the product, quantity, delivery address, contact number, date, time window, charges and age declaration at checkout.
11 · Fulfilment
Delivery, collection and handover
- Delivery windows are estimates unless we expressly guarantee a time in writing. Traffic, security, venue access and other conditions may affect arrival.
- You must provide an accurate Singapore address, access details and a reachable telephone number, and ensure an authorised recipient is present.
- Alcohol will not be left unattended. The recipient must be at least 18 and may be required to show valid identification.
- A failed or delayed handover caused by inaccurate information, unavailable access or an ineligible recipient may incur a reasonable redelivery, waiting or return charge.
Responsibility for purchased goods passes to you when they are handed to you or your authorised recipient. Responsibility for rented items is governed by the rental section above and ends when the items are collected or accepted back by us.
12 · Support
Problems, refunds and remedies
Inspect delivered products and rental items as soon as reasonably possible. If something is missing, damaged, incorrect or not as agreed, contact us promptly at sales@mybartender.sg with the order or quotation reference, a description and clear photographs where relevant. Keep the affected item and packaging until we advise otherwise.
Depending on the issue, availability and applicable law, an appropriate remedy may be correction, re-performance, replacement, credit, partial refund or full refund. Change-of-mind returns are generally unavailable for alcohol, opened, chilled, personalised, prepared or perishable products, except where we expressly agree or the law requires a remedy.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights under Singapore law.
13 · Operations
Venue, safety and weather
We may adapt, pause or stop work where venue conditions, severe weather, unsafe access, crowd behaviour, equipment, instructions or another circumstance presents a reasonable safety, licensing or legal concern. Where practical, we will discuss a safe alternative with you.
Outdoor services require a suitable wet-weather and heat plan. You are responsible for venue approval and a safe covered alternative unless the quotation expressly assigns this to us. Delays or additional work caused by venue restrictions or customer arrangements may result in reasonable additional charges.
14 · Allocation
Liability
Each party remains responsible for loss caused by its breach, negligence or unlawful conduct. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, opportunity, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for loss caused by information, instructions, venues, guests, suppliers or property outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a particular booking, rental or order will not exceed the amount paid or payable to us for that affected transaction. This limit does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
You are responsible for reasonable loss, claims, damage and costs arising from your breach, unlawful instructions, unsafe venue, guest conduct, misuse of equipment or failure to obtain required permissions, except to the extent caused by us.
15 · Unforeseen Events
Events beyond reasonable control
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, government restriction, transport disruption, utility failure, industrial action, venue closure, civil disorder or supplier failure that could not reasonably be avoided.
The affected party should notify the other promptly and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact. We may adjust, suspend, reschedule or cancel the affected service. Payments will be addressed fairly in light of work performed, non-recoverable commitments, recoveries received and any specific quotation terms.
16 · Digital Use
Website and intellectual property
Website content is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that every page is complete, continuously available or free from technical error. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use it unlawfully.
Our name, branding, website design, copy, photographs, menus, proposals and other materials belong to us or our licensors. Except for ordinary personal use or with written permission, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit them.
17 · Information
Personal data
We handle personal data for enquiries, quotations, bookings, payments, delivery, support and related purposes as explained in our Privacy Policy. By providing information about another person, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
18 · Resolution
Singapore law and disputes
These terms and each transaction with us are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable right to bring a claim elsewhere.
If a concern arises, please contact us first with the relevant quotation or order number and a clear description. Both parties should try in good faith to resolve the matter promptly before starting formal proceedings. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking urgent relief or using an available consumer or statutory process.
If part of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, it will be adjusted or removed only to the minimum extent necessary; the remaining terms continue. A delay in exercising a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your booking or rights without our written consent; we may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a genuine business reorganisation or sale, provided your rights are not materially reduced.
19 · Contact
Updates and how to contact us
We may revise these terms to reflect changes to our services, operations or legal requirements. The date at the top shows the latest version. Terms accepted for an existing confirmed booking or order remain applicable unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
These terms are intended to be read with the accepted quotation, invoice or order confirmation and our Privacy Policy.
