The right number depends on your guest count, venue layout, service style and schedule. A seated dinner, standing reception and home party each need a different crew plan. Share the details and we will recommend a practical team size.
Our standard presentation is polished black-and-white service attire. If your event has a specific dress code or styling requirement, mention it in the enquiry and we will confirm what can be arranged.
Yes. We can coordinate bartenders and butlers as one hospitality crew, with clear responsibilities across bar service, guest care and event support.
Butler hire is primarily a staffing service. My Bartender can also support the bar, drinks, glassware and selected equipment. Catering and food arrangements should be confirmed separately unless specifically included in your quotation.
Yes. We support events island-wide, subject to the date, venue access, service hours and crew availability.
Earlier is better for weekends, weddings and popular dates. If your event is coming up soon, send the details anyway and our team will confirm availability as quickly as possible.
